Adjunct instructor Martin Radcliffe, who teaches the honors program course "Big Bangs and Black Holes," participated in a White House star party Wednesday evening, Oct. 7, for Washington, D.C., area middle school children, scientists and amateur astronomers. At the event, Radcliffe presented a tour through the known universe, using actual data from scientists. He is author of the recent book "Cosmology and the Evolution of the Universe," published by Greenwood Press.
