Starting in late October, the campus post office will offer customers and departments Commercial Base Pricing (CBP) on Priority Mail and Express Mail. Save up to 4.7 percent on average over retail pricing with Priority Mail, and save 5 percent on average over retail pricing with express mail. CBP also will include savings on most items sent international priority or express.
