* The International Student Union will hold Interfest, a fall international food festival, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. today (Tuesday, Oct. 13) on the Geology Building patio (north side). The festival showcases ethnic cuisine, and, for a small price, allows the WSU community and visitors to share and taste diverse food and delicacies.
* Charles Koch Arena will be the site of an NBA exhibition game between the Orlando Magic and New Orleans Hornets at 7 p.m. today (Tuesday, Oct. 13). Call 978-3267 for tickets.
* WSU's Hispanic Heritage Month speaker Jimmy Cabrera will present "Leadership is More Than About Becoming a Legend -- It's About Leaving a Legacy" at 7 p.m. today (Tuesday, Oct. 13) in the CAC Theater.

* The Fall 2009 Physics Seminar Series will feature a lecture by professor Phil Wannamaker from the University of Utah at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, in 128 Jabara Hall. His topic is "Natural Source Inductive Electromagnetics and its application to Geothermal Energy and Solid Earth Studies."
