Elliott School grad entered in Tallgrass Film Festival

A graduate of the WSU Elliott School of Communication is entered in the Tallgrass Film Festival, Oct. 23-25. Krysta Rinke '04, an integrated marketing communications alumna and former student ambassador, is co-producer of the comedy "Official Selection," a short film about the film-festival world.

"Official Selection" has already won one film festival and has been accepted to screen at Tallgrass and the St. Louis International Film Festival in November. In Wichita, it will screen at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Bank of America Center; 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, at the Garvey Center 1; and 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25, at the Orpheum Theatre. Tickets are $9, discounted to $7 for students and senior citizens.
