Buy and Sell Agreements will be the next Practical Entrepreneur Training Tools session sponsored by the Center for Entrepreneurship. The session, led by attorney Greg B. Klenda, will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20, in the second floor Devlin Hall conference room. The workshop will include a discussion concerning the current mergers and acquisitions (M&A) environment, transaction matters and what to expect from your professionals in an M&A transaction.
