Accounting student benefits from internship at Koch

Amber Loewen may only be a sophomore, but she has more practical accounting experience than some seniors. With the help of WSU's co-op program, Loewen secured an internship at Koch Industries in the corporate accounting office. "My position at Koch has allowed me to apply what I learn in the classroom to real companies and situations," said Loewen. "This is only my second year at WSU, and the opportunities that the co-op program have given me are immeasurable."
