HR to launch new electronic recruiting, application and hiring process

The Office of Human Resources is launching PeopleAdmin, a new electronic recruiting, application and hiring process that will replace the current HRePartners process and the current paper process for faculty and lecturer appointments. No new postings in HRePartners will be accepted after Friday, Dec. 11. PeopleAdmin will be live beginning Jan. 4.

Before your area can start using this new process, budget officers are asked to complete the security form. The Office of Human Resources will e-mail a form to budget officers by Friday, Dec. 11. This form will allow HR to grant you access to the PeopleAdmin system and schedule your personalized departmental training as needed.

Many of you will be hiring lecturers for the spring semester. If you complete their paperwork before the holiday closedown, you will use the existing paper process. After Monday, Jan. 4, all appointments will be completed using the new PeopleAdmin process.
