* A workshop, "Research Proposal Writing in a Google World," will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 2, in 215-217 RSC for new or experienced faculty, post-docs and graduate students interested in submitting proposals for sponsored research. * WSU employees with a KPERS account have a convenient way to keep track of their membership information and help with retirement planning. Employees can download annual statements, create personalized benefit estimates and review their beneficiaries at http://www.kpers.org/mykpers.

* From today (Monday, Nov. 30) until Friday, Dec. 18, the Campus Post Office will sell letters from Santa. The letters will be forwarded to Santa Claus, Ind., for a special pictorial postmark, and then sent on to your children, friends or relatives. The cost is $1 each. Stop by the Campus Post Office for a look.

* The "Stuff the Bus" project, in support of the Wichita women's shelters, will have collection boxes at Morrison Hall, Jardine Hall, Grace Wilkie Hall, Lindquist Hall, NIAR, Ahlberg Hall, Media Resources Center, Heskett Center, West Campus and South Campus. The bus will pick up donations at 9:45 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3.
