* The "Stuff the Bus" project, in support of the Wichita women's shelters, has collection boxes in Morrison Hall, Jardine Hall, Grace Wilkie Hall, Lindquist Hall, NIAR, Ahlberg Hall, Media Resources Center, Heskett Center, West Campus and South Campus. The bus will pick up donations at 9:45 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 3.
* WSU employees with a KPERS account have a convenient way to keep track of their membership information and help with retirement planning. Employees can download annual statements, create personalized benefit estimates and review their beneficiaries at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?334.
* Free, simple HIV testing and counseling are available from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. today (Tuesday, Dec. 1) in 215/216 Rhatigan Student Center. The event is sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Student Health Advisory Council and Student Health Services.
* Human Resources is launching PeopleAdmin beginning Jan. 4, a new electronic recruiting, application and hiring process that will replace the current HRePartners process and the current paper process for faculty and lecturer appointments. No new postings in HRePartners will be accepted after Friday, Dec. 11. Many of you will hire lecturers for the spring semester. If you complete their paperwork before the holiday closedown, you will use the existing paper process. If you have questions, call 978-3065.
