"Strategy for Existing Firms in Tough Times" will be the next Practical Entrepreneur Training Tools session sponsored by the Center for Entrepreneurship. The session, led by associate professor Don Hackett, will be held from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, in the second floor Devlin Hall conference room. The workshop addresses what being proactive really means, the role of a good leader during a time of crisis, how to prepare for a recovery and more. The cost is $35 and includes lunch.
