After 30 years, Carl Kassell is retiring as a newscaster on NPR's Morning Edition. However, he will still appear on NPR's popular news quiz show "Wait, Wait, Don't tell Me," a program KMUW brought to Wichita in 2003. Frank Dudgeon talks with Kassell at 5:50 a.m., 7:50 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. Friday, Dec. 11, on KMUW 89.1. The interview also will be posted at http://www.kmuw.org beginning Friday.
