Inspired by an international student who spoke at a staff meeting, the WSU Foundation team contributed personal funds as part of their annual philanthropic cause to provide phone cards to 35 international students for the holidays. The cards were distributed on a "first come, first served" basis and allow our students to connect with loved ones at home. In the past, WSU Foundation staff members have made personal donations to several local charities including the Lord's Diner, Salvation Army, Venture House and the Wichita Children's Home.
