* The state W-2 forms were mailed Jan. 6 from Topeka. If you have not received your W-2 form yet, call Payroll at 978-3074 to see if it has been returned or order a duplicate. * The Office of Human Resources wants you to complete a survey by today (Friday, Jan. 22) if you are in a position to hire staff. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?385 and click on the Hiring Process Survey button.

* Faculty, staff and students are welcome to attend one of eight upcoming open sessions about the Rhatigan Student Center renovation plans. The first session will be held from 9-10 a.m. today (Friday, Jan. 22) in the RSC ballroom.

* Students, faculty, advisers and staff are invited to an information meeting about WSU's Summer Program in Puebla, Mexico, from noon-1 p.m. today (Friday, Jan. 22) in 200 Lindquist Hall.
