Gary L. Miller, provost and vice president for academic affairs and research, has been appointed as an inaugural member of the Educational Testing Service Higher Education Advisory Council. ETS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing quality and equity in education. The inaugural meeting will be held Feb. 7-9 in Scottsdale, Ariz.
