There have been several developments recently in an effort to restore passenger rail service to Wichita, on a route between Kansas City, Wichita, Oklahoma City and Fort Worth. KMUW's Frank Dudgeon talks with Deborah Fischer Stout, president of the Northern Flyer Alliance, and Evan Stair, vice president, Northern Flyer Alliance Oklahoma.
