The Kansas Constitution requires that, for the purpose of representation in the Kansas Legislature, college students must be counted at their permanent residence for the 2010 national census. Wichita State will work with the Kansas Secretary of State's Office to help obtain this information from WSU students. WSU plans to make it as convenient as possible for students by doing the information gathering online. Details will be announced in March.
