WSU Center for Real Estate to release 2010 Kansas Housing Market Forecast

Wichita State University's Center for Real Estate will release its seventh annual Housing Market Forecast at 9 a.m. Friday, March 5, at the Wichita Area Builders Association office at 730 N. Main.

Stan Longhofer, director of the Center for Real Estate, will present the forecast. He will be available for interviews after his presentation at about 10 a.m.

The 2010 Kansas Housing Market Forecast reviews current housing market conditions in selected markets across the state and forecasts housing market activity through the end of 2010.

Advance copies of the report and interviews with the author will be made available to media outlets that agree to embargo the release of the study’s information until 12:01 a.m. Friday, March 5.
