Electrical power to Devlin Hall and the Corbin Education Center will be shut down all day on Tuesday, March 16, to allow Westar Energy to replace an underground power distribution switch on the main branch power feed through the university campus. Occupants and users of these buildings should take precautions with computers and sensitive equipment by backing up information systems and shutting equipment down before leaving for the day on Monday. In addition, Hubbard Hall could potentially experience a very brief power outage or even blink interruptions. It would be advisable for Hubbard occupants to safeguard computer work and sensitive equipment that day.
