Wichita State (25-9) will play host to Nevada (20-12) in the NIT at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, March 17. Tickets are on sale online now and might also still be available at the Shocker Ticket Office or by calling 978-3267. Ticket cost is $21 for Lower Reserved seating and $20 for Upper Reserved seating.

Students can purchase general admission tickets for $4 each with a valid Shocker Card. One student guest ticket is available for $10. Availability of general admission tickets to the general public is to be determined based on student pick-up.

Season ticket holders who reserved their seats by the March 12 deadline can pick up their tickets at the Shocker Ticket Office Will Call Tuesday or Wednesday. Those customers who selected to have their tickets e-mailed for printing-at-home should have received them Monday morning.

Nevada most recently lost to New Mexico State, 80-79, in the semifinals of the Western Athletic Conference tournament. Wichita State reached the final of the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament, dropping a 67-52 loss.

Wichita State last played in the NIT during the 2005 season, defeating Houston and Western Kentucky in Wichita before losing at Vanderbilt. The Shockers have played in the NIT 10 times prior to this appearance.
