Shirley Beggs will be the featured speaker at the Phenomenal Woman Award Ceremony at 3 p.m. Monday, March 22, in 223 RSC. The ceremony, sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs, recognizes women for their accomplishments and contributions to the WSU community and society.
