Lecture, webinar planned for faculty, staff and grad students
In this twice-yearly series, past winners of the AET Award talk about their teaching philosophies, what inspires them in the classroom, and tried-and-true teaching techniques. The Spring 2010 speaker is Michael Flores, assistant director and Regier Carr and Monroe Faculty Fellow in the School of Accountancy (2005-06 winner of the AET Award). In addition, faculty and staff are invited to view the webinar "Teaching Unprepared Students: Success and Retention Strategies" from noon-1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 1, in the Wireless Learning Space, Media Resources Center.
