April is Alcohol Awareness Month. Too often alcohol misuse can lead to problems with one's health, relationships, school, work and finances. If you choose to drink alcoholic beverages, do so sensibly and in moderation. Here are some guidelines for moderate drinking: Limit intake to one drink per hour, no more than one to two days per week and no more than three to four on any one occasion.
