The University Libraries and Department of English are hosting several events in April as part of the Sixth Annual Poetry Reading Series. At 4 p.m. Thursday, April 15, Richard Spilman, associate professor, WSU Department of English, will be featured. Spilman has published several works including "Hot Fudge," a collection of short stories that was a New York Times Notable Book in 1990 and two award-winning poetry collections, "Suspension" (New American Press, 2006) and "In the Night Speaking" (Sacramento Poetry Center Press, 2009).
