WSU notables help kick off KMUW's 2010 Spring Pledge Drive
At 4 p.m., President Don Beggs and First Lady Shirley Beggs will be at the station and on-air encouraging listeners from the WSU and Wichita communities to make a pledge. At 8 a.m. Monday, April 19, Associate Provost Keith Pickus will be on-air representing WSU academic affairs with a corporate challenge. Listener membership is critical to KMUW's continued growth and success. More than 32 percent of the station's funding comes from its members.
