The Office for Faculty Development and Student Success will present a repeat performance of a popular workshop for faculty, teaching staff and GTAs, "Principles of Good Practice in Undergraduate Education," from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, 231 Hubbard Hall. The presentation is based on a justly famous paper by Chickering and Gamson; although now 33 years old, the paper still has much to teach us about how to improve learning and student success in college, and it has a large body of data to back up its recommendations.

Anyone interested in helping students succeed, assisting with the project of increasing WSU's retention rate, and/or having a stimulating discussion classroom practices that make instructors' lives easier, is most welcome.
