The Hugo Wall School will host its Annual Celebration of Excellence Thursday, May 13, at the Marcus Welcome Center. The school will honor the 2009-2010 graduation class and announce the fellowship recipients for 2010-2011 academic year. In addition, the school will honor Chief Ron Blackwell, Wichita Fire Department, as recipient of the Alumni Award for Outstanding Public Service, and Secretary Joan Wagnon, Kansas Department of Revenue, as the Hugo Award recipient.
