First lady Shirley Beggs is the honorary chairperson for the Victory in the Valley walk/run Saturday, June 5, at Exploration Place, 300 N. McLean. You're invited to join Shirley's Striders 4 Life team or form a team of your own. The registration deadline is Thursday, June 3.
