Recently it was announced that Walgreens would not be available in the CVS Caremark network after July 9. However, CVS Caremark and Walgreens have reached an agreement that will keep Walgreens in the network. If you are currently using Walgreens to fill your prescriptions, you will be able to continue without disruption. If you have questions about your pharmacy benefit, call the CVS Caremark customer service number located on the back of your benefit card. We sincerely regret that national level negotiations between the two companies resulted in frustration and confusion for you as a member of the State Employee Health Plan.
