* The Physical Plant Warehouse has submitted all of its surplus property to the online auction site for sale to the public. View all of the items from Wichita State and other state agencies at http://www.purplewave.com. The auction sale date is Thursday, July 8. * The Office of Human Resources has announced a link on the myWSU Faculty and Staff tab in the Human Resources links box for current employees to see and apply for positions available to WSU employees only. Click the Internal Employment Opportunities at WSU link to see what is currently available.

* The Office of Financial Operations reminds those departments selling goods that the sales tax rate in Sedgwick County will increase from 6.3 percent to 7.3 percent effective Thursday, July 1.

* Remember to submit your campus events to the online calendar for Wichita State at http://www.wichita.edu/calendarsubmit. Early entry is crucial to campus planners, campus media and statewide print and broadcast media, all of whom need to know the time, date, place and cost of any individual event.
