Take time to unwind with Art For Your Ears from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, July 8, on the Ulrich Museum of Art outdoor plaza on the Wichita State University campus. Roaming blues poet Ray Bonneville is the featured artist. Admission is free.

Bonneville is inspired by the road and the many places he has called home. A one-man band, he backs up weathered, storytelling vocals with a highly percussive guitar style, dramatic harmonica lines and a floor that keeps the rock steady beat.

Bonneville is a winner of the Juno Award (Canada's equivalent to a Grammy) and has toured the world sharing the bill with blues legends including B.B. King, Muddy Waters, J.J. Cale and Robert Cray.
