Reminders

* Discount tickets to USA and Russia men's volleyball are available to faculty, staff and alumni. The first match is 7 p.m. today (Friday, July 9) and the second is at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 10. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?619 and enter the code "WSU." You can purchase general admission tickets for $10 (normally $15), and reserved tickets for $20 (normally $25).

* Faculty and staff are invited to attend the TRIO Communication Upward Bound 2010 Grand Finale and Open House from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. today (Friday, July 9) in Marcus Welcome Center. See the students' photography, math, websites, writing, French projects and more.

* TIAA-CREF will offer one-on-one counseling sessions in July and August. All sessions will be held from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. in 313 RSC. A representative will be on campus Tuesday and Wednesday, July 13-14; and Tuesday and Wednesday, Aug. 10-11. Call (800) 732-8353 to make an appointment.

* Attention all administrators, budget officers or budget review officers who will hire employees in the coming months: Human Resources will offer PeopleAdmin training from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, in 124 Jabara Hall. If you have not attended or need retraining, contact Tonya Cruz at 978-3065 to sign up.
