Policy revision approved

President Beggs has approved the following revision to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

13.03 / Payments to University Employees for Services or Recognition with Monies Held by the Wichita State University Foundation or the Wichita State University Board of Trustees -- http://webs.wichita.edu/inaudit/ch13_03.htm

To simplify the handling of payments to employees and put the University in a better position relating to compliance with regulations of the Internal Revenue Service.
