Faculty and staff who reach milestone years of service will be recognized in three ceremonies in September. Length of service is recognized in five-year increments. Employees who reach anniversary dates from Sept. 2, 2009, to Sept. 1, 2010, will be recognized.

Individuals with 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of service to the state will be recognized in a ceremony at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, in the Rhatigan Student Center ballroom.

Benders of Twigs, who are individuals with 25 years of service to WSU, will be honored at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23, in the RSC ballroom. The ceremonies on Sept. 14 and 23 are open to the WSU community.

Retirees and individuals with 30, 35, 40 and 45 years of service will have an invitation-only recognition dinner and ceremony on Friday, Sept. 10.

Invitations to honorees have been mailed. Honorees and guests must confirm attendance by Aug. 31 to Shelly Kellogg at campus box 15 or 978-6122.

Individuals with five years of service to the state will receive a certificate of appreciation distributed by division vice presidents.
