Sedgwick County's new National Center for Aviation Training (NCAT) will officially open this fall. Among the classes offered at the facility are CAD/CAM courses and week-long nondestructive testing (NDT) training courses instructed by Wichita State University's National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR).
