Tenure, anyone? The Pre-Tenure Club is an informal support group for faculty members on the tenure track. It will meet bi-weekly to provide mutual support and accountability throughout the semester. We'll have speakers on time management, research productivity, selecting a mentor, how to prepare your dossier and more, as well as giving each other updates on our research, teaching and service. Once per semester, department chairs will be invited and we'll do a "charting your course on the tenure track" exercise.
