Mandatory direct deposit for all employees

Effective Oct. 1, the state of Kansas will not issue paper checks for payroll or travel and expense reimbursements; absolutely no exceptions will be made. Individuals currently not using direct deposit for payroll need to either signup for direct deposit by Friday, Sept. 10, by completing the "Payroll Deposit Form" and submitting it to the Payroll Office, or enroll in the state of Kansas sponsored Paycard program, Skylight. Forms for these processes and additional information can be found at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?660. Employees not currently using direct deposit will receive additional information regarding this change. Travel and expense reimbursements will also be transitioned to direct deposit or the Skylight Paycard as of Oct. 1.
