The Department of Anthropology invites you to an upcoming memorial event in celebration of the life and contributions of Lowell D. Holmes, founder and professor of anthropology at WSU at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, starting in 100 Lindquist Hall. The event will include an excursion to the Department of Anthropology and the Lowell D. Holmes Museum facilities in Neff Hall, where drinks and snacks will be served. The event is sponsored by the Department of Anthropology and is open to the public, friends, faculty, administration and current and former students.
