Tallgrass documentaries free today (Friday, Oct. 22) for faculty, students

As part of the 8th Annual Tallgrass Film Festival, specially selected documentaries are free for high school and college students and all Wichita-area teachers with valid school ID for Tallgrass Filmmakers Lab screenings today only (Friday, Oct. 22).

The selected films include: "A Film Unfinished," "Carbon Nation," "Cleanflix," "Dive! playing with Greenlit," "Freedom Riders," "Gerrymandering," "Jean-Michel Basquiat: The Radiant Child," "Last Train Home," "Louder Than A Bomb" and "Waste Land."

For the public, all general admission matinee screenings between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. today are $5. Selections with filmmakers include: "Cleanflix," "Louder Than A Bomb," "Made in China," "The Family Tree" and "Thy Will Be Done."
