* The first contract year with Oce copier ended Sunday, Oct. 31. The following memo identifies the responsibility of departments to correctly report their copier meter readings, what to expect and how to process the forthcoming invoices from Oce for the second contract year, Nov. 1, 2010, through Oct. 31, 2011. * The 2010-2011 campus telephone directory is available until Tuesday, Nov. 30. Primary pick up locations for bulk copies are University Information Center in the RSC and University Relations in 102 Morrison Hall. Individual copies are available in the basement of Jabara Hall and Hubbard Hall near the soda machines, and near the Sunflower newspaper boxes in Heskett Center, Hubbard, Lindquist and Grace Wilkie halls, and the West and South campuses. If you are unable to locate the quantity you need, contact University Relations at 978-3045.

* A Words for Wellness program, "How to Help a Friend," will be held from noon-12:30 p.m. today (Monday, Nov. 1) in 007 RSC. This program will include resources, referrals and other ways to offer help to those struggling with a mental health issue. Get some great tips from Rachel Smiley, an intern with the Counseling and Testing Center, and enjoy light refreshments.

* Don't miss the "Out of This World Language Book Sale" sponsored by the Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literatures Wednesday through Saturday, Nov. 3-6, in RSC Shocker Square. Sale hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m.-noon Saturday. You'll find books from many languages, including English.
