Kansas Securities Commissioner to give funding, message to Wichita's young investors

At 11:15 a.m. Monday, Nov. 15, Wilson will be at Wichita Northwest High School to connect with students participating in SMG, an investing simulation designed to give youth hands-on experience making investment decisions.
