WSU first lady Shirley Beggs is featured in the Second Annual Kansas Women of Distinction Tribute Book presented by Dress for Success Wichita. The Wichita State University Foundation honored Beggs for her leadership on and off campus and her extraordinary personal accomplishments.

"This was a perfect opportunity for Shirley's friends at the WSU Foundation to recognize her exceptional contributions to the lives she touches," said Elizabeth King, WSU Foundation president and CEO.

The commemorative journals were presented to all honorees at a publication party Nov. 16 at The Venue at Abode followed by video and in-person testimonials from two of the clients benefitting from the services of Dress for Success Wichita.
