State Employee Health Plan asks for input in survey
Dear employee,
The State Employee Health Plan wants your opinion again. As you may or may not be aware, the state of Kansas recently concluded an initial enrollment period for a new voluntary Group Long Term Care insurance benefit, and we are very interested in your opinion about the enrollment campaign for this new benefit. We had nearly 2,300 individuals apply for the LTC insurance program. We thank all of you for your interest in the new program.
Several months ago, we conducted a pre-enrollment survey, the results of which helped us tailor that campaign to what you told us was important to you. The results from this survey will help us understand what worked well, and where there may be opportunities for improvement. We will use the results from this survey to help us better design communications about this and other benefits in the future.
With that in mind, we have attached a website link where you can take this very short employee survey. The survey has been designed to be quick and easy to understand. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be strictly confidential. The survey will remain open through Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011.
Click here to take the survey: http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22BJXB5WBDN/.
Please note that the survey is designed to be taken only once. Once your survey is submitted, if you were to attempt to take it again, you might receive a message that reads: "Thank you, this survey has already been taken."
We would like to encourage you to take this opportunity to provide us with your opinion on this employee benefit and its campaign.
Thank you in advance for your participation.
Best Regards,
Cindy A. Miller
