* The Accounts Payable Department requests that all ICDs (invoice control documents), IOTDs (inter-office transfer documents) and other requests for payment be received in Financial Operations by end of the day Friday, Dec. 17, to ensure processing can be completed in Topeka before the holiday closedown. Requests received after Dec. 17 will not be processed until Jan. 3, 2011.
* Take a free sneak peak at a Zumba class at 5:30 p.m. today (Thursday, Dec. 16) in the Heskett Center. Zumba fitness is a fusion of fun dance moves and upbeat music; every class feels like a party.
