Reminders Reminders

* The Accounts Payable Department requests that all ICDs (invoice control documents), IOTDs (inter-office transfer documents) and other requests for payment be received in Financial Operations by end of the day today (Friday, Dec. 17) to ensure that processing can be completed in Topeka before the holiday closedown. Requests received after Dec. 17 will not be processed until Jan. 3, 2011.

* The women's basketball team will host Texas-Pan American at 2:05 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 19, in Charles Koch Arena. Call 978-3267 for tickets.

* WSU Foundation payments to be made to foreign individuals or companies for services performed in the United States are subject to complex Internal Revenue Service regulations. The payments might be subject to income tax withholding. The Financial Operations office has special software to help in the correct administration of these transactions. For that reason, all such payments must initially be paid from an RU fund and then, if funding is to be provided by a WSU Foundation fund, the RU fund may be reimbursed from that foundation fund. * Requisitions are due at the WSU Foundation by noon Tuesday, Dec. 21, for checks to be issued Wednesday, Dec. 22. Checks can be processed upon request as needed during the week of Dec. 27.

* To prevent delay in receipt of your W2 form, review your current mailing information with instructions on how to access address information at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?792. If your address is incorrect, update it with Human Resources by Monday, Dec. 20.
