Reminders

* "Prairie Classroom: WSU Flint Hills Project" is a program airing on WSU-TV, Channel 13 on Cox Cable, at 8 p.m. each Wednesday in December. The program features Elliott School of Communication students and faculty as they covered the 2010 Symphony in the Flint Hills event. Les Anderson and four students are highlighted in the program. The class was co-taught by Anderson and Amy DeVault.

* Because of ongoing building renovation work, Duerksen Fine Arts Center will be closed during the university holiday shutdown period. The building will be closed to the public, students, faculty and staff starting the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 22, until 7 a.m. Monday, Jan. 3.

* The WSU Foundation offices will be open during normal business hours during the holiday break. The only days the offices will be closed are Friday, Dec. 24, and Friday, Dec. 31.

* WSU Fire/Safety will conduct its annual fire alarm testing through the end of December. The fire alarms will be sounded in the buildings. Those buildings being tested will have signs posted on the doors, and testing will occur throughout the day.
