* The Kansas Board of Regents has announced that a Roth 403(b) after-tax option will be added to the KBOR Voluntary 403(b) Retirement Plan effective Jan. 1. * WSU engineering alum Thor Kissman recently helped launch the SkyTerra1 satellite from Kazakhstan.
