Gov. Mark Parkinson will announce a new scholarship, established by him and his wife, Stacy, for the Elliott School of Communication at a 10 a.m. news conference hosted by the WSU Foundation today (Friday, Jan. 7). The news conference will take place in the commons area on the main floor of Elliott Hall.
