Gov. Mark Parkinson to announce personal scholarship gift to Wichita State

Gov. Mark Parkinson will announce a new scholarship, established by him and his wife, Stacy, for the Elliott School of Communication at a news conference hosted by the WSU Foundation at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 7. The news conference will take place in the commons area on the main floor of Elliott Hall.
