It was not a surprise when the WSU Student Government Association members voted to renovate and expand the Rhatigan Student Center last spring by increasing student fees $6 per credit hour. "Students have frequently stepped forward when they have had an opportunity to make a contribution to the campus," said WSU President Don Beggs. "They did it in 1955 when the original building was proposed."
