* Wear red and help WSU observe National Wear Red Day. Come to the Heskett Center lobby from 8-9:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4; make a $5 contribution to the American Heart Association and receive your own Red Dress pin, and enjoy a free continental breakfast. Wear red and you can enter a prize drawing for a night's stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Old Town. This annual event promotes heart health, especially for women. * University Relations and Carmen Hytche, director of special events, will offer the "Mechanics of Event Planning: The Process" from 2-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 15, in 305 RSC. This free workshop for faculty and staff will break down an event and review organizational tools to help you plan and manage your event. Attendees are encouraged to bring projects to discuss.
